Mike Budenholzer Praises Popovich During Emotional Coach of the Year Speech

Although Mike Budenholzer was named the 2014-15 NBA Coach of the Year, the Atlanta Hawks leader believes somebody else is "the real coach of the year."

Budenholzer spent many years working on Popovich's staff in San Antonio before he landed the head coaching job in Atlanta in 2013. Obviously, Popovich has helped Budenholzer get to where he is today, and for that, the Hawks coach is forever grateful.

Budenholzer paid tribute to his mentor during his acceptance speech, getting choked up in the process.
