The Miami Heat were going to be the most heavily scrutinized team during this NBA season. So far they are doing everything to live up to the billing put on themselves. They have looked dominating at times, beating the Magic by 20+, but are still a combined 0-3 against Boston and New Orleans—two winning basketball teams.

With a record of 5-4, it's far from dominating like many expected they were capable of doing. Record aside, it's more the comments and mindset coming from the big three that really rubs me the wrong way.

Following the loss AGAIN to the Celtics, everyone had an excuse and stupid remark to the media.

What excuse is next?

LeBron doesn't like his shoelaces? Bosh gets paranoid they might change the metric system in the U.S.? Wade has more marital issues?

If this team wants to win any championships, let alone multiple titles, it will require a completely revamped mindset and way of looking at the game of basketball, and in particular, the way they play.
