Is Erik Spoelstra talking about the same Miami Heat team that had suffered a 16-point home loss to the Indiana Pacers, a nine-point loss to the Orlando Magic, and an 11-point loss to the Dallas Mavericks in the same week? On paper, yes. It's the same big three and the same roster that had beaten the same Orlando Magic team by 26 and a Phoenix Suns team by 27. It's also the same big three and roster that had lost to the Memphis Grizzlies on a buzzer beater and had lost to the Boston Celtics twice.

Yet, it appears so much has changed already in the span of a week. During their 106-95 loss to the Dallas Mavericks, where the Heat allowed the Mavs to go on a 16-0 run to start the second half, it seemed that LeBron James frustration level reached it's boiling point as he bumped into coach Erik Spoelstra during a time out. The Heat dropped to 1-7 against teams over .500 and 9-8 on the season as the team was asking questions that no one had answers to.
