The Orlando Magic have one of the NBA's most intriguing coaching vacancies due to a roster brimming with young talent, and while a decision has yet to be made, one candidate has emerged as the favorite.

Report: Scott Skiles Front-Runner for Magic Job  Saturday, May 23 The Magic have a hugely important choice on their hands when it comes to finding their next head coach, since the development of their young players is paramount.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the organization seems to believe that Scott Skiles could be the right man for the job.

The 51-year-old former Magic point guard is the favorite to land the head coaching gig, which would make for his fourth different tenure in the NBA.

Skiles previously coached the Phoenix Suns, Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks. He compiled a 443-433 record, including six playoff appearances in parts of 13 seasons.
