The Los Angeles Lakers have sunk to the bottom of the Western Conference, and they brought their injury-ravaged rotation into Bankers Life Fieldhouse Tuesday night to face the ferocious Indiana Pacers. After a lopsided third quarter, the Lakers couldn't recover and ended up as 118-98 losers.

After a 12-point win in L.A. on Jan. 28, this game marked the first time since the 1991-92 campaign that the Pacers swept the Lakers in a season series, according to NBA TV.

Evan Turner made his Pacers debut after being traded from the Philadelphia 76ers at the deadline, and the second-overall pick in the 2010 draft paid immediate dividends by scoring 13 points off the bench. Paul George scored a team-high 20 points with seven boards and six assists. David West racked up 11 points, 12 rebounds, three steals and two blocks. George Hill played very well in spurts and scored 14.

Kent Bazemore set a career-high for the third straight game with the Lakers since joining the team last week. He led all scorers with 23 points. Pau Gasol put up 13 points, nine rebounds, four blocks and two steals.
