The 14-13 Golden State Warriors welcomed their fellow Californians, the 13-13 Los Angeles Lakers, for a Saturday night special on Dec. 21.

Stephen Curry has been struggling at the point by piling up assists and turnovers in liberal measure, but at least he's on the court. The Lakers are still trying to cope with the devastating news of Kobe Bryant's fractured knee, which will keep him out approximately six weeks, per NBA.com. Worse still, Pau Gasol is out due to a respiratory infection so Chris Kaman started.

After an uneven first half for both teams, the Warriors cling to a 46-42 lead. Jordan Hill leads all scorers with 14 points because it's been a wacky game like that. Both teams are shooting below 36 percent.
