LeBron, Wade, and Bosh Discuss Joining Forces? Say It Ain’t So!

Miami is a pretty good place for a bunch of 20-somethings to congregate, but according to sources, it wasn't a day at the beach for LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh.

Apparently, the trio met over the weekend to discuss their basketball futures. It was the latest saga in the free agency bonanza that begins in less than 48 hours.

Now, if you're like me, you lost track a long time ago about who to really "trust" in terms of sources.

At first, it seemed likely he was going to stay with the Cavs. Next, the Knicks were the rumored team. That seems to have cooled off a bit, as the Chicago Bulls came to the forefront. Now, it's all over the ESPN bottom line that the Heat are the "new favorites" for King James.

My first thought is, why would LeBron do this?  What a travesty this would be for the NBA. Unlike LeBron vs. Kobe, his rivalry vs. Wade is a legit one, as they are both top tier talents from the 2003 draft class. The NBA doesn't have enough of these individual rivalries.
