LeBron James Leaning Towards Chicago Bulls According To NBA Executive

An unnamed NBA executive has told ESPN that LeBron James is leaning toward signing with the Chicago Bulls for the upcoming 2010-2011 season.

This report originally surfaced in the New York Times on Sunday, and ESPN decided to headline it today.

The executive wished to remain unnamed because he was referring to a player that is not yet a free agent.  He claims that his discussions with other team executives. around the league lead him to believe James is planning to join the Bulls, along with Chris Bosh.

James would be a great compliment to Derek Rose in Chicago, and Chris Bosh would strengthen that low post presence that Joakim Noah lacks.

James officially becomes a free agent on July 1, 2010, and fans and media can expect a signing to occur that week.

There are no rumors on exactly what kind of salary we can expect James to sign for.  However, he is the best player in the league next to Kobe, so whatever team gets him should be looking at a very wealthy contract.
