J.R. Smith is quickly making a case for the role of LeBron James' new best friend.
Recent contests have shown the charismatic No. 5 frequently setting up The King for show-stopping dunks, and Wednesday night's Cleveland Cavaliers 113-104 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks proved to be no different.
First (shown above) came a sneaky second-quarter pass to the pursuing James, who dominated Giannis Antetokounmpo at the rim for an emphatic, right-handed flush.
Next was a shovel toss to the surging No. 23 midway through the third. Smith could barely clear out of the lane quickly enough as James elevated for a ferocious, double-pump reverse slam:
