Erik Spoelstra needs to call Don Nelson.
When Nelson wasn't making foolish decisions as a head coach, he was an offensive mastermind that knew exactly how to position his Xs and Os. He knew how to find and create mismatches of offense. The man who made the "point forward" position popular today and has never been questioned for his creativity.

With so man weapons on offense, Spoelstra has been criticized for keeping his offense way too basic. Very few teams in the league have been able to offer their head coach as much talent and offensive firepower as Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh. Between the three of them, you can get points from just about anywhere on the floor.
Unfortunately, though, Spoelstra has yet to figure out how to get the most out of his superstar trio.
A way to potentially do that would be to utilize James and Bosh in a pick and roll play. With James being 6'8", 250 pounds and Bosh being 6'11", 230 pounds, there's going to be mismatches already.
