Former NBA player Lamar Odom was reportedly seen drinking in the Delta lounge at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday and was twice removed from his plane, according to TMZ Sports.
Odom reportedly vomited multiple times on the plane destined for New York City before it took off. He was removed from the plane for the first time after vomiting in the galley and then in the bathroom. He returned 10 minutes later and went back to the bathroom.
Odom, 36, has had issues with drugs and alcohol in the past. He was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, the Love Ranch, in October 2015 after three days of partying that included the use of cocaine and herbal supplements, authorities reported at the time. Odom reportedly nearly died of an overdose, though he did recover.
TMZ reported in 2013 that Odom was a regular user of crack cocaine, though he did go to rehab before relapsing after the 2012-13 NBA season. He also violated the NBA's drug policies twice in 2001, admitting to marijuana use at the time.
