Former NBA star Lamar Odom reportedly could face a felony drug charge.

According to an Associated Press report (via ESPN.com), prosecutors are considering the charge after Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. Authorities received a warrant on Oct. 13 to take a blood sample while the former forward was hospitalized.

The Associated Press report added, “Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello said Monday that the sheriff's office submitted the potential charge last week, and a prosecutor is considering filing a count of unlawful use of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance.”

Odom played 14 seasons in the NBA for the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks. The fourth overall pick in 1999 won two titles with the Lakers in 2009 and 2010 and was a member of the 2004 United States Olympic team.
