Lakers Rumors: Top Trade Gossip from 2016 NBA All-Star Break

With just a little more than 48 hours to go until the NBA's 3 p.m. ET, Feb. 18 trade deadline, rumors are flying high.

Nearly every team is involved in some kind of trade talks, and the Los Angeles Lakers are no exception. While nothing has happened as of yet, the team is rumored to have made Roy Hibbert, Brandon Bass, Nick Young and Lou Williams all available for trade, per Marc Stein of ESPN.com.

Stein noted that only Hibbert has an expiring contract, but Bass does have a $3.1 million player option for next year.



Just because these players are available doesn't mean any of them are going anywhere. The Lakers are 11-44 and in last place in the Western Conference with a lot of young players. It's not as if they have an abundance of talent that teams are clamoring to get their hands on.
