Washington Wizards forward Kris Humphries has missed the past four games due to a knee injury.

Humphries' Absence Continues Wednesday, Jan. 13

The Wizards announced that forward Kris Humphries will not be playing in Wednesday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks because of a knee injury. 

Beginning the season as Washington's starting power forward, Humphries' mediocre play forced him back to the bench behind Jared Dudley. In 27 games this season, he's averaged 6.7 points and 4.2 rebounds. 

The 30-year-old veteran is on pace for his lowest output in those categories since the 2012-13 season, when he was with the Brooklyn Nets.

Humphries is just a part of a Wizards team that has been off to a disappointing start this season. At 17-19, Washington is 11th in the Eastern Conference, a far cry from a team that finished 10 games over .500 last year and was a fifth seed heading into the playoffs.
