Kobe Bryant Threw Nick Young’s Adidas Shoes Away, Would Only Sign Nikes

There was a time when Kobe Bryant was Team Adidas, but these days the Black Mamba is 100 percent Team Nike.

Don't come looking for him to sign sneakers unless they have the swoosh on them—not even if you've been teammates with him for a few years, as Nick "Swaggy P" Young learned Wednesday night.

On the night of Bryant's final game, players lined up to get autographs from the Lakers legend. A night like this was historic, so everyone wanted something to remember it by. But the Black Mamba only signs what the Black Mamba wants to sign.

As Young revealed during his exit interview Thursday, via Yahoo Sports' Shahan Ahmed, "Adidas shoes" do not fall under Bryant's list of "acceptable" items:



Classic Mamba.

Unfortunately, there does not appear to be video of Bryant trashing Young's sneakers. But Swaggy P did talk about it, via SB Nation's Mark Hinog:
