JJ Redick to Clippers: Los Angeles Reportedly Lands SG In Sign-and-Trade

JJ Redick has reportedly agreed to a new four-year contract with the Los Angeles Clippers after the team acquired the veteran shooting guard in a three-way deal reported by Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski:

After being drafted by the Orlando Magic No. 13 overall in the 2006 draft, it didn't take long for critics to prematurely label Redick a bust. 

In his first three seasons, he started just five games and averaged a minuscule 14.4 minutes per contest. But since then, he has improved every year, culminating in a career campaign in 2012-13. 

Although his numbers dwindled after he was traded from the Magic to the Brandon Jennings-and- Monta Ellis-led Milwaukee Bucks at the trade deadline, Redick still averaged 14.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 30.5 minutes with both teams.
