Everyone has heard the line time and time again: James Harden doesn't play defense.

It seems that, after repeatedly hearing the criticism, The Beard finally decided to do something about it.

That something was catching a piggyback ride.

Early in the first half facing the New Orleans Pelicans, last year's runner-up MVP decided to leap onto Jrue Holiday's unsuspecting shoulders, and, well, just sit there.

Unsurprisingly, the tactic drew a foul.


Surprisingly? It was in favor of the Rockets.
