ESPN: Barea Won't Make Trip to Phoenix Saturday, Mar. 21 According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN Dallas, Barea's injury will keep him from traveling with the Mavericks to Phoenix for a game on Sunday:

Point guard has been a problem area for the Mavericks all season. Rajon Rondo's addition hasn't been the solution most expected, so Barea's presence off the bench is more valuable than ever.

Fortunately, the Mavs have built a 4.5-game cushion over Oklahoma City for the No. 7 spot in the Western Conference that they can afford to give Barea some rest to get 100 percent healthy before returning.
