Yes, it is now be officially the Big Four, but the original Celtic big three in Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen combined for 59 of the Celtics 109 points. Kevin Garnett ended the game with a team high of 22 points and 6 rebounds; Paul Pierce added 21 points and 5 rebounds, and Ray Allen chipped in with 16 points to help the Celtics blow out the Pistons, but the real star of the game was Rajon Rondo.

For the fourth straight game, Rajon Rondo has grabbed headlines. He ended the game with 9 points, 17 assist and 4 steals. It was the penetration of Rondo that gave the Celtics most their easy buckets. Assist wise, Rondo has 67 assist in the first four games of the 2010-11 NBA season. This is the best four game start the NBA has ever seen in terms of assist. John Stockton and Magic Johnson both ended with 65 assist which is 2 assist shy from Rondo’s record. There is no doubt that Rondo is the leader on the floor and he does his job every night of making the game easier for his teammates.
