Indiana Pacers Leaning Toward Drafting Paul George

No one expected Paul George to be in the top 10 of the NBA Draft, but now the Indiana Pacers have George at the top of their list.

Even though he is only 6'9, George could play at the power forward position, but he would be a great backup for Danny Granger.

The Pacers would draft Paul George due to his scoring ability and defense.

George last season for Fresno State averaged 17 points per game, one block, five assists, and two steals. He filled up the stat sheet as you can see.

The one bad thing about George is his turnover capability. When he had the ball in his hands, he turned the ball over almost 20% of the time.

Paul George's potential in the NBA is his hops. He can jump out of the gym when dunks.

I compare him a lot to a taller Vince Carter. He almost has the same dunking ability and a great jump shot like Carter.

Paul George I believe would be a great fit in Indiana. He can run Jim O'Brien's offense and would mesh well with players like Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert.
