Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors: Live Score, Highlights and Reaction

February 9th, 2016 by Andy Bailey Leave a reply »
The Golden State Warriors (47-4) used a furious fourth-quarter rally from their role players to beat the Houston Rockets (27-27), 123-110, Tuesday at Oracle Arena.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry's 35 points, but they actually pulled away in the fourth as Curry sat the bench.

That effort was spearheaded by Harrison Barnes, who scored 17 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, hitting a number of shots from all over the floor.

Andrew Bogut also came up big, scoring 13 points, grabbing 11 boards and collecting six blocks.

The Rockets, meanwhile, were led by James Harden, who scored 37 points on 10-of-21 shooting. Trevor Ariza added 19 points, while Dwight Howard had 16 points and 15 rebounds.

Houston won't have a shot at redemption in the regular season, as the Warriors won the season series, 3-0. However, if the playoffs started today, these two teams would meet in the first round.
