The Houston Rockets defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 118-111 on Saturday night behind game-highs of 37 points and 11 assists from James Harden.
The Rockets (47-22) have now won three games in a row while the Cavaliers (26-44) have dropped four straight.
On a night when offense reigned supreme, the Rockets scored at least 34 points in the first and third quarters, which allowed them to coast during a fourth quarter in which the Cavaliers outscored the opposition by 15 (32-17).
With Dwight Howard inactive once again due to an ankle injury, Harden carried the load behind 9-of-15 shooting and 14-of-14 shooting from the free-throw line while Chandler Parsons added 16 points, six assists and four rebounds.
In total, six Rockets players finished in double figures, including Jeremy Lin (13 points), Terrence Jones (14 points) and Patrick Beverley (15 points).
Omer Asik was steady in place of Howard, totaling nine points, nine rebounds and two blocks in 33 minutes.
