Harlem Globetrotters Start to Worry as Warriors’ Winning Streak Hits 27 Games

The Golden State Warriors extended their regular-season winning streak to 27 games with a 131-123 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night.

That victory puts the reigning champs within "striking distance" of the Harlem Globetrotters' legendary streak—and you better believe that the Globetrotters are worried, considering the way the Warriors are playing.

After Golden State defeated Indiana, the Globetrotters let the Warriors know just how far off they were from the longest active streak:



(In case you were wondering, Golden State would have to go undefeated for the rest of this season and the next 42-plus regular seasons to reach Harlem's current mark.)

A 3,000-plus-game advantage seems like a safe cushion, right? Well, the Globetrotters are watching the Warriors.
