Hayward Has Developed into Vital Player for Jazz
Hayward has developed into the Jazz's most reliable offensive asset. He has come a long way since serving as a reserve for most of his rookie campaign. And the good news for Utah is that he's just entering the peak seasons of his career.
The 25-year-old forward has been durable since joining the NBA. He's never missed more than 10 regular-season games in a year since the team drafted him with the ninth overall pick in 2010. When he has missed action in recent years, it's been due to various minor ailments.
With Hayward out of the lineup, the Jazz will likely spread his minutes around to a committee of players to fill the void. Joe Ingles and Chris Johnson could both see an uptick in playing time, with Utah hoping a hot hand eventually emerges.
