Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic is dealing with a calf injury that will force him to miss at least the next three games. It's unclear when he will return to the court.

Spoelstra Comments on Dragic Injury Wednesday, Jan. 13 Head coach Erik Spoelstra said Dragic's injury is not a tear, per Manny Navarro of the Miami Herald.

Dragic to Undergo MRI Wednesday, Jan. 13 Navarro reported the Heat sent Dragic home from their road trip to get an MRI. 

What Dragic Provides in Miami Backcourt  As the Heat's starting point guard, Dragic hasn't been relied on as the type of scorer that saw him average more than 16 points per game in each of his last three seasons, which helped in the departure of Mario Chalmers.

His assists have been down too, so it hasn't been the best start to his five-year deal with Miami worth $85 million, via Spotrac.com.

Teaming up with Dwyane Wade in Miami's backcourt, Dragic still has work to do in order to build chemistry with the Heat legend. They have a net rating of just 0.7, per NBA.com.
