Klay Thompson scored 32 points, Stephen Curry added 23 and the Golden State Warriors survived a furious rally by the Los Angeles Clippers for a 115-112 win at the Staples Center on Saturday night.

The Warriors led by 16 points with two minutes, 27 seconds remaining, and both coaches had pulled their starters. However, the Clippers' reserves went on a 13-0 run to trim the deficit to three with 5.1 seconds left.

Los Angeles proceeded to steal Golden State's inbounds pass after the timeout, but C.J. Wilcox misfired on an awkward three-point attempt to preserve the victory for the Warriors.

This was a crazy contest all around, with three technical fouls being handed out over the first 17 minutes due to constant bickering with the officials.

The Warriors led for almost all of the game and had answers whenever the Clippers went on a run.

Golden State was comfortably up by around eight points for most of the second half, weathering flurries from Chris Paul and Jamal Crawford with timely three-pointers and key defensive stops.

Crawford led the Clippers with 25 points, and Paul recorded 24.
