Fixing the Pacers Begins With Honesty

A team will never say that they are tanking a season, but the Pacers really should.

Honesty goes a long way with the fans, and quite frankly, the Pacers are fortunate that the Indiana faithful are still supporting the franchise.

The team has been a disappointment every year for the last decade, and the fans are still looking for signs of positive change. There has been quite a bit of change overall, but whether it is positive or negative is in the eye of the beholder.

The roster has been revamped multiple times, and the front office has gone through changes as well. The end result is always the same; missing the playoffs by a few games, and having the last pick in the lottery.

The Pacers haven't done well in the draft at all with the exception of Danny Granger. Besides the standout forward from New Mexico, here are the players the Pacers have drafted this past decade: Jaquay Walls, Primoz Brezec, Jamison Brewer, Frederick Jones, James Jones, Rashad Wright, David Harrison, Erazem Lorbek, Alexander Johnson, Shawne Williams, Roy Hibbert, Brandon Rush, A.J. Price, and Tyler Hansbrough.
