There is a strong possibility that Udonis Haslem will not return this season.  He had surgery this week to repair the ruptured Lisfranc ligament in his foot, but considering the recovery could exceed four months, he may not be back in uniform until next season. 

From a fantasy perspective, he is definitely done as fantasy playoffs begin in March. Erick Dampier will be a part of the rotation, but his lack of a jump shot will limit his minutes at the end of games. This means that Chris Bosh will have to close out games and should get a slight increase in rebounds.  In the last two Heat games, Bosh has been averaging 10.5 rebounds.

Good news to all the patient Andrew Bynum owners.  The Los Angeles Times reports that Bynum’s latest MRI exam was satisfactory and he has been cleared for jumping and lateral-movement exercises.  He could return as soon as December 10.

Rondo is a game time decision for Wednesday. There is always a risk of re-aggravating a hamstring, so I would not be surprised if he sits out again, especially since they are playing the Nets.
