Eva Longoria Divorce: How Will This Affect Tony Parker and the San Antonio Spurs

Today has not been a fun one for San Antonio Spurs fans (I'm one of them).

The Spurs have long been a team that many have looked up to in the sense that they possess outstanding character and strong morals. David Robinson was the ultimate athlete, one whose sportsmanship, skills and humble heart earned the Spurs a reputation of being an upstanding squad on and off the court.

With news breaking today that Tony Parker and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria will be divorcing due to infidelity on Tony's part, one has to ask if this reputation is now in jeopardy of being lost. Accusations are coming out concerning Parker having an affair with a teammate's wife. To put it simply, it is bad.

The question now is how Parker and the Spurs will respond to this. If there was one thing that Spurs fans were worried about, it was Parker possibly being swayed by Eva to beautiful Los Angeles when he became a free agent (this, of course, was before he signed a recent extension), due to her then-budding acting career.
