Eric Gordon: Latest News, Rumors, Speculation on Free-Agent Guard

Eric Gordon was limited to 45 appearances with the New Orleans Pelicans last season due to right finger fractures, but he's reportedly generating plenty of interest with free agency set to begin on July 1.

Multiple Teams Considering Gordon Thursday, June 30 ESPN.com's Chris Broussard reported that the Houston Rockets, Memphis Grizzlies, New York Knicks and New Orleans Pelicans are all "interested" in Gordon. Basketball Insiders' Alex Kennedy, citing sources, later reported, "The Orlando Magic have expressed interest in [Gordon]."

Gordon a Viable Scoring Option When Healthy Gordon has been dogged by knee and ankle injuries over the course of his career. In fact, the Indiana University product hasn't suited up in more than 64 games since his rookie season (2008-09). 

But when Gordon has been healthy, he's served as a robust scorer at the 2 who can create his own shots.
