Dwyane Wade continued his rise up the NBA's all-time playoff scoring list Monday.
The Miami Heat's All-Star guard surpassed Hall of Fame point guard Magic Johnson for the No. 13 spot on the postseason scoring list during Game 4 of his team's second-round playoff series against the Toronto Raptors in Miami:
Wade came into Monday's game needing nine points to pass the Los Angeles Lakers legend. Since Game 7 of Miami's first-round series against the Charlotte Hornets, Wade has moved past many legends along the way, per SportsCenter:
Wade made the climb to lucky No. 13 with a 13-foot jumper with 4:50 remaining in the second quarter. He scored 15 points in the first half, accounting for more than a third of his team's total.
Former Heat teammate Mike Miller took to Twitter to congratulate Wade on his rise up the scoring list:
This is Wade's 11th trip to the playoffs, and the three-time NBA champion and former Finals MVP is having another solid postseason, averaging 21.2 points and 5.8 rebounds per game coming into Monday.
