Draymond Green Comments on NBA Finals Loss, Playing with Kevin Durant and More

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green is gearing up for the Summer Olympics with Team USA but can still feel the sting from his team's Game 7 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

On Monday, Green spoke about Golden State's failure to repeat as the champion, among other topics, including the dynamic between him and Cavs guard Kyrie Irving, per ESPN.com's Ohm Youngmisuk:

That will never wear off. We had an opportunity to win a championship. That never goes away. [But] you got to move on. ... Of course it is [still fresh]. But that don't mean I am coming into this like, "Oh man, I am mad at Kyrie." Number one, they beat us, so you respect that. Number two, we are here for this. It is not about anybody's personal feelings. It is about representing the country.

The newly minted U.S. Olympians were at a youth basketball camp in Harlem, New York. Among them was impending free agent Kevin Durant, whose Oklahoma City Thunder squad was up 3-1 on the Warriors in the conference finals but ultimately lost.
