DeMarcus Cousins' best days are still to come.

Cousins made franchise history on December 30th, 2012, becoming the third Sacramento Kings center to record a triple-double. He also became the 11th center since 1985 to record a triple-double with at least 10 assists.

Cousins' upside was on full display as he dropped 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 dimes against Kevin Garnett and the Boston Celtics.

This is the latest high in what can only be described as a season of ups-and-downs. From the recent triple-double to Cousins' one-game suspension, there has been no shortage of drama in Sac Town (via USA Today).

It's not so easy to give up on Cousins when he does things like this.

DMC's reputation has led to the belief that he will never reach his unparalleled potential. With his well-rounded skill set and unbelievable physical makeup, Cousins has the build to become one of the greatest of our generation.
