The San Antonio Spurs forward admitted a line from the diss track (aimed at Meek Mill) prompted a change in heart regarding his social media presence.

The lyric? "Trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers."

"I don't want to be that Twitter fingers-type dude no more," West told the San Antonio Express-News' Jabari Young. "Something about that (lyric) just..."

West, who has been vocal regarding social issues on Twitter, took the words to heart—he no longer wants to have those conversations on social media.

"I just want people to ask me directly," West said. "I don't want to be typing."
