Darko Milicic has asserted himself in Minnesota's starting lineup. He's played 13 games in Minnesota, and started seven.

Doesn't 13 games sound like a familiar number?

Oh, that's right. It's the Timberwolves' current losing streak.

Darko is playing better basketball than he has in years, and he seems to be fitting in well with the Timberwolves. But the thing is, the Wolves as a whole haven't been playing very well since his arrival.

And now he has demands.

Granted, these were probably taken completely out of context, but he's asking for a starting role, 30-35 minutes of time, and a big contract?

Kevin Love doesn't get that.

Darko is becoming an alright player, but if you ask me, when the Timberwolves heard that offer, they immediately went onto Delta's website and bought him a plane ticket to Europe scheduled one day after their last game. I would have scheduled it a few days before their last game...
