The NBA will give November a proper sendoff during Monday's eight-game slate.

Many key Western Conference players, including the undefeated Golden State Warriors, will take the court in an eventful evening for hoops fiends. Given the dearth of stars on display, DraftKings contestants will have plenty of choices.

Yet most of the following picks stem from otherwise uneventful contests devoid of championship contenders. Here are some lineup suggestions to close the month on a winning note.



 

Deron Williams, PG, Dallas Mavericks ($6,100)



Deron Williams isn't the All-Star point guard of years' past, but he's a worthwhile fantasy play on Monday night when the Dallas Mavericks face the Sacramento Kings.

The showdown presents the 31-year-old point guard with a Kings squad brandishing the NBA's fourth-worst defensive rating and second-fastest pace. Dallas places near the middle of the pack with 99.34 possessions per 48 minutes, but Sacramento's quick tempo could coerce more urgency.
