Cleveland Cavaliers: Would Tom Izzo’s Hiring Influence Lebron James?

Tom Izzo wants to contact Lebron James.

The Cavs' Owner, Dan Gilbert, offered Izzo $30 million over five years, and according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, James would be in complete support of the hiring.

Izzo will take some time to make the decision.

The move would impact his life as well as it would his career. Rumors are suggesting that Izzo would turn down the offer without a return of Lebron James.

The decision will hinge on the chaotic Lebron saga.

Cleveland may become more attractive to James if Izzo is able to collaborate with the King.

The under-appreciated supporting cast would return, and with Izzo replacing former head coach, Mike Brown, they could immediately begin another title run.

The concern in potentially hiring Izzo is the well documented failed attempts of college coaches transitioning to the NBA, but with Lebron and Izzo's vast coaching talents, Izzo would probably do just fine.
