Kyle Lowry scored 27 points, DeMar DeRozan added 20 and the Toronto Raptors topped the Cleveland Cavaliers, 103-99, at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night.

This was a tight game the entire way.

The score was tied at 25 after the first quarter, and at halftime, the two squads were knotted up at 49.

It wasn't until the fourth quarter when a team finally pulled away, and that team was the Raptors.

Thanks to Lowry's brilliance and some tough, physical play by Bismack Biyombo, Toronto opened up a 10-point lead with three minutes to play, and the Cavaliers were never able to recover.

Lowry made 11 of his final 12 shots and shredded Cleveland's defense, working his way into the lane to either score, draw fouls or create for his teammates.

Biyombo was a frequent beneficiary down the stretch. The big man finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds and played some incredible defense.

The Raptors shot 51 percent overall and went 11-of-25 from three-point range.

LeBron James led the Cavs with 24 points. Kevin Love chipped in 21 points and 13 boards.
