The Cleveland Cavaliers (4-3) rallied from a 17-point fourth-quarter deficit to top the Boston Celtics (3-5) 122-121 Friday night.

LeBron James had 41 points for the night, with the Cavs needing every last one after giving up 42 points to the home team in the third quarter.
