The Cleveland Cavaliers (4-3) rallied from a 17-point fourth-quarter deficit to top the Boston Celtics (3-5) 122-121 Friday night.

LeBron James had 41 points for the night, with the Cavs needing every last one after giving up 42 points to the home team in the third quarter.

The Celtics had the ball and a chance to win with seven seconds left in the game, but Rajon Rondo, who had 16 assists, didn't even get a shot off before the buzzer.

The Cavs travel home to face the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday for the second night of a back-to-back.
