Cleveland Cavaliers’ Best Chance To Keep LeBron James? Name Him Coach and GM

Reports surfaced earlier today which said the Cleveland Cavaliers' head coaching job had been offered to Michigan State coach Tom Izzo, and if this is true yet another chapter has been added to the LeBron James saga.

Izzo seems much better suited to prowl the college sidelines than the NBA's, and besides, the solutions to all of the Cavaliers' problems could be right in front of owner Dan Gilbert's eyes.

The offseason of the Cavaliers has been in flux since Cleveland was first upset by Boston in the second round of the postseason, terminated coach Mike Brown's contract, and witnessed the resignation of GM Danny Ferry.

If that isn't enough, this just happens to be the most important summer in the history of Cleveland's franchise because if they fail to re-sign James, the future of the team will take on a decidedly different look.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and fate may have opened up a window for the Cavaliers, that is, if they have the courage to try a move which would revolutionize the rest of the NBA.
