Cleveland Cavaliers: 8 Rebuilding Moves They Must Make

When LeBron left, a lot of us felt the Cavs could surprise the league by being better than they were projected to be if they all raised the level of their play.

This has not been the case.

Instead, the Cavs have shown that they just do not have the talent—nor fortitude—to be competitive in the NBA.

Even as late as December, many Cleveland fans hoped the New Year would be a better year.

But, with the Cavs having now lost 10 in a row, 20 out of 21, and the last 16 on the road, it has become clear that this season cannot be salvaged.

However, it can—but not in the way you are thinking or hoping for.

Now is the time Cavs' brass needs to join their fans and start thinking the only decent thing that is left of this year's season: next year.

And, if I were in Cleveland's front office, these are the moves I would start with.
