Chicago Bulls vs Dallas Mavericks: Bulls Favored By 3.5 at Home

The Chicago Bulls are set to host the Dallas Mavericks Thursday night at the United Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 ET and will be televised nationally on ESPN.

Taking a look at our NBA spreads for tonight's game, oddsmakers have the Bulls favored by 3.5 points over the Mavericks with the total sitting at 184.

 

The Mavericks ended a six-game losing streak with a 109-100 win over the Los Angeles Lakers last night. Jason Terry and Shawn Marion each scored 22 points off the bench, and Jason Kidd had one of his best games of the season with 21 points and 10 assists. Dirk Nowitzki had an off night with just 14 points on 5 of 15 shooting.

The Mavericks as a team shot 55 percent from the field, and were 12 of 26 from long distance. This is the kind of balanced scoring the Mavericks have been looking for. It was just the second time in the last eight games that they reached the 100-point mark.
