The injury woes for Dallas Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons cropped up again on March 18, when the fifth-year veteran left his team's game against the Golden State Warriors with a sore right hamstring. It is uncertain when he will be ready to return to the court.

Latest on Parsons' Playing Status Sunday, March 20 Earl K. Sneed of the Mavericks' official website noted that Parsons is questionable to play against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday. 

Parsons Struggling to Shake Injury Bug Parsons has been hit hard by injuries so far in his two-year stint with the Mavericks, missing 16 games and their playoff run last season. 


The Mavericks have been splitting Parsons' time between starting and coming off the bench, likely as a way to limit him on the court. The 27-year-old is currently averaging 29.5 minutes per game. 

The Mavs are in the Western Conference playoff race, albeit near the bottom, so they can afford to take things slow with Parsons and ensure he's available for the postseason this year.
