Carmelo Anthony Should “Take His Talents” To the Minnesota Timberwolves

The Denver Nuggets have had an offer sheet to Carmelo Anthony to sign a three-year, $65 million dollar extension. The organization learned from the other franchises this summer that if they believe they are not going to be able to keep their superstar, they should look to trade him and begin to build for the future.

It is obvious that Anthony is going to wait until the end of this season to decide whether or not he will leave Colorado. With this uncertainty, rumors have been flying everywhere that Anthony might be traded to the Knicks, Bulls, or the Rockets to name a few. These rumors have been denied that they are not looking to trade their franchise player and hope to resign him.

However, as that contract continues to sit on the general manager's desk, they continue to worry if they are going to lose Anthony for nothing. Because of this, it is now known that they are looking at possible trades for their superstar.
