Bucks’ Michael Carter-Williams Completely Misses Lob Pass to Jerryd Bayless

Michael Carter-Williams is fairly new to the Milwaukee Bucks and is still learning to play with his new teammates, but there's no excusing this pass of his from Tuesday night.

In the first quarter of Milwaukee's game against the Miami Heat, Carter-Williams spied a cutting Jerryd Bayless and thought he'd hit him with a lob pass for the alley-oop.

Except Carter-Williams was off. Way off. The pass was so high over Bayless' head that he didn't even jump.

That's not exactly what head coach Jason Kidd wants from his point guard. Better luck next time, Michael.
