Knicks 110, Nets 96—Final

Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis propelled the New York Knicks to a 110-96 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.

Brooklyn (3-5) controlled the opening half, holding a 37-23 lead early in the second quarter. However, during the third frame, New York (3-4) pulled ahead thanks to Anthony.

The All-Star forward hit a shot on six straight possessions, and the Knicks never trailed again. Porzingis took over in the fourth quarter, scoring 11 of his 21 points.

Anthony paced New York with 22 points, while Derrick Rose and Willy Hernangomez each added 14.

Brook Lopez and Justin Hamilton netted 21 for Brooklyn, which was outscored 60-41 in the second half.
