Boston Celtics Take on Detroit Pistons in Heated Rematch

The Detroit Pistons are set to host the Boston Celtics tonight, and this game figures to be a bit personal between Kevin Garnett of the Celtics and Charlie Villanueava of the Pistons.

After the Celtics dominated the Pistons 109-86 at Detroit back on Nov. 2, Villanueava tweeted that Garnett had called him a "cancer patient" during the game. Garnett defended himself by saying that he told Villanueava he was "cancerous to your team and the league." Either way both teams figure to bring their best to the court tonight, as they try and defend their teammates and hand the other team a loss.

Our NBA spreads indicate that the Celtics are 6.5-point favorites over the Pistons in this one.

Boston was able to bounce back from their Christmas Day loss to the Magic with a 95-83 win at Indiana last night, but they needed a big finish to do so.

The Celtics trailed after each of the first three periods, but were able to turn it on in the fourth, outscoring the Pacers 29-16 for an easy win.
