Boston Celtics: 4 Players Making an All-Star Appearance

Less than one week after earning an emphatic win in LA, the Celtics will return four players to the Staples Center for the annual NBA All-Star game.  This is only the second time ever four players from one team have been elected to the All-Star game.  The game will take place Feb. 20.

Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Rajon Rondo have all been named as reserves for the Eastern Conference.  The other reserves for the EC include Atlanta Hawks' Joe Johnson and Al Horford, as well as Chris Bosh from the Miami Heat.

Pierce will be making his ninth appearance in the All-Star game, KG his 14th, Ray's 10th and Rondo's second-ever appearance.

The starting lineup for the Eastern Conference consists of Derrick Rose (Chicago Bulls), Dwyane Wade (Miami Heat), LeBron James (Miami Heat), Amare Stoudemire (New York Knicks) and Dwight Howard (Orlando Magic).

For the Western Conference, the starters are Chris Paul (New Orleans Hornets), Kobe Bryant (LA Lakers), Carmelo Anthony (Denver Nuggets), Kevin Durant (OKC Thunder) and Yao Ming (Houston Rockets).  

Their reserves are San Antonio's Manu Ginobili and Tim Dunc ...
