The Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder met each other on Monday night for a hard-fought game that left the home crowd in a gleeful fervor. With a final score of 86-77, OKC was able to turn a deficit around at the end of the second quarter and keep itself in the lead for the remainder of the game.

With six minutes to go before the half, Memphis was winning 32-31. With help from Kevin Durant, the Thunder were able to hit a scoring surge that sent them into halftime with a 51-36 lead. The deficit that Memphis faced was just too large to come back from. 

The pregame hype on Twitter focused mostly on trade rumors that have been going on with both teams. However, sideline reporter Rob Fischer showed all the Memphis followers what they should be paying attention to instead.



 It was a close game for most of the first half, with the game able to swing in either team's favor. The Grizzlies had come back from a small deficit and were expecting more to come before the buzzer went off.
