Avery Bradley Injury: Updates on Celtics Guard’s Leg and Return

Boston Celtics guard Avery Bradley started Tuesday's game against the Boston Celtics, but wouldn't finish it after suffering a bruised lower left leg.

Bradley Ruled Out for Remainder of Tuesday's Game Tuesday, Nov. 10 Bradley played 18 minutes and scored two points before the injury, and the team confirmed the bruise would keep him out of the second half.

After the game, Bradley was limping, and said he was kicked in the first half, per Steve Bulpett of the Boston Herald. 

How Bradley's Injury Impacts Celtics  Coming into tonight, Bradley was averaging 12.4 points, three rebounds and 2.6 assists while shooting 40 percent from the floor. 

It would be a difficult blow for the Celtics if Bradley was forced to miss extensive time because he is an important contributor in a deep rotation of role players. Fortunately, he likely won't sit out too many games with a bruise.
